Born and raised in downtown Charleston, SC, Kevin Kizer, Sr. has a deep-rooted knowledge of the city and its surrounding tri-county area. Since 2018, Kevin has been a dedicated real estate professional specializing in residential properties, helping clients find their dream homes in one of the most vibrant and sought-after regions in the country.

A graduate of South Carolina State University, Kevin’s diverse background—including his service as a US Army veteran and his current role as a project manager—shapes his approach to real estate. Initially drawn to real estate as a means of securing a second stream of income, Kevin quickly discovered his true passion for the industry. Outside of real estate, Kevin is a married to Nikki Kizer, and a proud husband and father of four. His hobbies include cooking, traveling, and attending sporting events, reflecting his well-rounded interests and desire to enjoy life to the fullest.
